The European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) is a multi-disciplinary professional association for geoscientists and engineers. It was founded in 1951 and has a worldwide membership.PUT(Petroleum University of Technology)'s EAGE Student chapter founded in 2015.Members are a group of Petroleum Engineering Students who have founded a student chapter under the umbrella of the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) with a focus on the oil, gas and geothermal industries. We would like to give interested students and employees of the "Petroleum University of Technology" the opportunity to gain new insights into the above-mentioned topics and make new contacts. Interesting seminars are held regularly at which representatives of industry and science give lectures on topical topics in geophysics and geology.
