I have completed assignments at all levels and disciplines for some of Canada's largest and most well known corporations and have recruited across a broad range of industries. As corporations reshape their purpose, strategy, structure, operations and culture, leadership becomes critical. My clients rely on my expertise to understand their industry and the challenges they face. Securing key players is paramount and as a result the search process involves working with clients in long- term partnerships to understand their organizations, inner culture and thinking. Often the best candidates are not actively seeking new positions. It is my role to identify and interview candidates who may fit the culture and needs of an organization along with providing objective insight and advice.
