A private entity registered in Singapore, QAD Enterprise conducts research, training, evaluation and enhancement services to enable our clientele to benchmark, improve and manage their own learning products and quality assurance services.QAD was founded by Ives Tay, who led the then WDA Quality Assurance Division's audit, accreditation and approval team for the past six years and was formerly the Asia Hub Quality Manager for City & Guilds. Building on first-hand knowledge and experience, together with a team of superbly qualified, experienced, and motivated Subject Matter Experts, it is well positioned to serve clients in both local and international markets.
