Qanu is a contract brewery founded in 2021 to offer locally crafted beers to the French riviera market. All recipes are original creations, being produced by or under the supervision of Qanu in partner breweries. Four regular beers are expected at the end of 2021, while one-shot brews are proposed throughout the year at Allez Hops beer cellar in Nice.
