Qesem Consulting was founded in 2003 by Mia Urman, a 6 year veteran of Oracle Israel, who worked both in Oracle support and as a web technology guru. Qesem Consulting was established to help Oracle customers get high level technology consulting in the field of Oracle developer tools and Oracle Application Server.Qesem continues to provide technical project management, on-site developer training, installations, configurations, support and project development to customers in the Telecom, Government, Defense and Finance industries. In only a few years we have succeeded in amassing an impressive list of elite customers including Bank of Israel, Isracard, Bank Discount, Water Authority, Ports Authority, Rafael, Sunfrost etc.
