QMF is a small to moderate size production shop founded by Kevin and Kyle Seaton in 2006. located in Easton, PA. With the combined talents of all the employees at QMF we offer our expertise in many different areas including milling, turning, tapping, welding and polishing, using various materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and copper as well as UHMW, delrin, torlon, vespel and HDPE plastics.Welding Services:All of our on staff welders are ASME certified, specializing in stainless steel tig welding. We offer a wide array of welding skills including sheet plate, rectangular tubing and round tubing. Extensive knowledge in the welding and fabrication requirements of food grade/pharmaceutical industries. Materiel Conditioning Services:We are highly experienced and equipped in all facets of stainless steel polishing ranging from #3 to #8 finishes. We also offer Stainless Steel Pickling / Passivization services. Machining Services:We are highly experienced in the machining of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, as well as a vast variety of plastics. Utilizing our state of art machining centers we consistently hold tight tolerances. Our experienced team is prepared to handle orders with tough metals, varying tolerances and even difficult geometrical shapes.
