Since inception in 2004, members of the QSSI team have constructed and designed new and complex renovation projects, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, upgraded physical and technical security, made buildings ADA accessible and enhanced their fire and life safety systems. For over 12+ years, QSSI has had the privilege of supporting some of the most prestigious clients around our Nation's Capital. Our clients include, but not limited to U.S. Coast Guard, General Services Administration, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, NAVFAC, Smithsonian Institution, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Army & Air Force Exchange Service, National Park Service, State of Maryland, State of Virginia, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Northern Virginia Community College, and many other Military and Government agencies. QSSI's bonding program allows us to bond single projects up to $20,000,000.00 dollars, with an aggregate bonding capacity of $36,000,000.00 and most of all it gives our clients a peace of mind.
