They are more focused in meeting the needs of the patients and alleviating their sufferings. The training helps the nurse to provide a safe, effective and efficient dialysis aimed to improve patient outcome.Because kidney disease is complex, dialysis nurses are trained to work closely with professionals from many disciplines, including physicians, dietitians, social workers and technicians.Dialysis Technicians -Dialysis technicians are responsible for the operation and maintenance of dialysis machines and procedures.
