As well, they will learn a tried and true leadership process that will improve current leadership skills and allow first time leaders to begin their professional journey with confidence. In short, Quant Accountability not only gives its participants the skills to complete a technology project, it teaches them how to lead one. Who is Quant Accountability For?Every industry today has some technical component to it. Therefore, professionals who want to move to a more tech centered role inside their current profession or industry are perfect candidates for Quant Accountability. As are professionals looking to move from their current profession or industry to a more traditional, tech focused one.
