QuantFood is a young foodtech company which aims to create meaningful dining experiences and to bring more innovation into the F&B industry. In 2018, we embarked on this journey to start our own business because of our passion for food, and we strongly believe that sharing food brings people together. QuantFood runs multiple online and offline brands, aiming to present modern Sichuan cuisine to cater to the changing needs of young consumers especially the millennials and Gen-z. We have just joined the Innovate360 family as one of their incubatee companies. Our 3 business lines include: Healthier Packaged Food, Virtual Delivery Brands based in cloud kitchens and Offline restaurants with immersive dining experiences. Quantfood has generated some success in Singapore by- Running 2 offline restaurants in Singapore: Chengdu Restaurant and Taikoo Lane Hotpot- Creating two online cloud-kitchen delivery concepts that feature fusion Sichuan flavoured rice bowls Chengdu Bowl and noodle products Ban Deng Noodle available for island-wide delivery.- Working with Plant-based meat companies such as TiNDLE and Impossible Foods, and formulating a healthier Sichuan sauce as a new retail product and aiming to launch more Sichuan food retail products to the market by 2022.
