Quateman Managing Partner Lisa Quateman, who founded her firm 22 years ago, will remain managing partner of the Los Angeles office. "As our clients' needs increased, we searched for the right firm to expand our capabilities to the West Coast," said Polsinelli Shughart Chairman Russ Welsh. "We think we've done that with the acquisition of Lisa's firm. We plan on building the Los Angeles office on the base of our core practices as we have recently done in Chicago, Phoenix and Denver. We're very excited to have Lisa and her team on board and pleased to be able to now serve clients' needs in California."
