Queen's Advantage, Inc. seeks to provide a community resource that offers a unique experience for adolescent girls. We understand the importance of having a positive self image and self efficacy. Our goal is to help young girls believe their dreams are within reach and give them the confidence, skills, and necessary preparation to achieve them. Mimicking the power of the queen chess piece, we teach out queens how to "make major moves" by intertwining strategy, service, and recreation. We will provide the girls in our group with an alternate reality that promotes self awareness, goal-setting, academic empowerment, financial literacy, and community service. It is our mission to give our young queens an early advantage in achieving their goals and dreams.
