In these times, connection, support, and friendship are important, now more than ever. We are a group of individuals aiming to offer those supports. We're hoping to do to them effectively in a couple of ways, one being our 1800QUEENS (1800 783 367) Australia-wide free hotline. It's completely judgment-free, free of bias and prejudice. Whatever your circumstances are, no matter how major or minor the situation that's brought you to us. We are inclusive of however you identify. If you identify as a QUEEN, then this service is for you. It is every person's right to feel supported and connected. Due to societal pressures, and the current pandemic going on, connection and support, as well as issues such as anxiety, body image and self-esteem, are running rampant and they are massive issues in our current climate. During the lockdown of July 2021, founder Amy Lark made a short Tik Tok video asking to expand her female friendship circle in Victoria. That short video received 19,000 views and over 700 women commenting and taking her up on the offer. With the overwhelming response, Amy tried to get back to everybody (which unfortunately was impossible), but she's managed to form a networking group to create this hotline support service. All members of the business, made up of people of various races and gender identites, have brought together their talents in order to form this much-needed service within Australia.
