CLIENT CRITERIA We put the client first. Establishing the goals and criteria of our clients is the first exercise in every project no matter the scale or scope. If our efforts do not inherently meet or exceed our clients objectives and needs, then the project will not be successful. We view our clients as partners. We succeed only when our partners do. PROFESSIONAL PARTNERSHIP We establish long term professional relationships that depend on our clients' success. The best interests of our clients take priority in how we solve design problems. As in all partnerships, we maintain open channels of communication throughout the design process and confirm that the partner's goals are being achieved. DESIGN PROCESS At Quercus, we believe that design is a process of discovery and creation. A successful design must meet the needs of both the owners and the primary users - needs that can only be identified through a process of discovery. Asking the right questions is an art.
