Querencia is an Educational Consultancy instigate in 2018 with the objective of empowering the flag bearers of the education industry – The Teachers.We have a two-fold approach towards achieving our objective – valuable Consultancy to Educational Institutes & Personal training to the teachers. We help Educational Institutes and Teachers realize their true potential through scripted training modules with which we further our goal of spreading education and make the world beautiful. In consultancy, we have achieved 90-95% retention of students, a 40% revenue hike, and a brilliant 50% rise in admissions for various educational institutes in a very short span of time. How do we achieve such results? We do it through comprehensive training, powerful tips, and very personal involvement of our team throughout the process. We provide extensive counseling to the entire staff of the institute & train for analyzing student physiology, student report preparation, & parent training. In our attempt to leave no stone unturned, we guide the institutes on teacher hiring, understanding psychological importance, & its various nuances. In order to aid the coaching classes in Quality and Analysis, we provide Education Audits for bringing evident progress we go to the extent of providing reference handbooks, question papers, and answer sheets to help the teachers grow. We also provide marketing tips and tricks for generating actionable leads.To execute this responsibility, we work by the formula of Consultancy by Querencia = Consultation + Coaching + Follow-up.Our second module of "train the trainer" is another crucial responsibility that we have dutifully executed for 300+ teachers. We help upgrade each skilled individuals looking for teaching jobs, private tutors, and existing teachers.
