We recognise that everything businesses today depend on is a service either managed in-house or subscribed from a vendor. So all IT activities in QueueLoad revolves around services. Forms in our software don't take more then 10 seconds to fill up. Our software understands the current action being performed and prompts the user with relevant data. Root cause of incidents can be easily analysed right from our software and the cause can be captured in the incidents through integration with loggly.There are a few more features in the works. One such feature is importing the AWS IT data into our software and mapping out a dependency graph of IT assets and services.The existing tools still fail to recognise service as the central part of IT. Due to this, businesses are forced choose between capturing data in disconnected data repositories and not capturing the data at all. Both of these options are dangerous.
