QUICKfit Fitness Studio is Boulder's only boutique weight loss and fitness studio. We have a brand new "funky" studio on Pearl Street. QUICKfit is a doctor recommended weight loss and exercise program. Lose weight and get fit quickly in as little as 15 minutes a day and just 3 times per week. Using cutting-edge natural remedies and dietary detox programs, combined with rapid-results-fitness training, our clients achieve unbelievable results that last them for life! Our exercise protocols are only 15 minutes per session, using state-of-the-art vibration exercises. Our system uses the principles of Acceleration Training to stimulate the body's natural response to vibration which greatly enhances overall exercise effects in sessions as short as 15 minutes just 3 times a week. Our 15 minute exercise session provides the same strength benefits as a full 60 minute workout at the gym PLUS many additional wellness benefits.
