Quorum.to is a collaborative mail filter. It is designed to give smaller sites a low-cost way to give their users a spam-free inbox without a lot of cost or administrative headaches.Senders may ask that mail be accepted, using a link found in bounce messages. Recipients may ask that mail be rejected, using a similar link found in their mail headers (report spam). Ultimately if people disagree about whether sites should be allowed or rejected, quorum asks that it's paying subscribers make a decision.
