Established in the Netherlands as of 2014, QY Moulding B.V. is now located in High Tech Campus Eindhoven. As a daughter company of a mature technological development and manufacture Chinese Corporate Quanyun. QY Moulding strives to develop European market in plastic moulding industry and is responsible for moulding market develop and after-sale services. We deliver various moulds that are manufactured, injection-moulded and assembled in China in our head office.Founded in 2003, our parent-company Quanyun is located in Dongguan, China, with a factory of approximately 2000 square meters. Quanyun is one of the earliest mould manufactures in China with a highly skilled and experienced mould design team. Quanyun is equipped with the complete machines for mould manufacturing, including 22 injection moulding machines vary from 100T to 320T, and a complete quality measure and control system. Quanyun is able to provide one-stop shopping services, from mould manufacturing, injection moulding, assembling to transportation. The moulds we have manufactured cover a large range of industries such as, consumer electronics, medical, aviation, automation, recreation and construction industries. We have extensive experience in high-temperature moulds, seal, two-colored moulds, and in handling the difficult to inject materials .We are also familiar with the requirements and standards of the European clients and provide one-stop shopping services with competitive price, competitive lead time.
