CNC Routing is a precise way of cutting sheet materials in any design imaginable, anything from simple outlines to complex 3d shapes. We are able to cut all types of wood, laminates, plastic, foam and aluminium. How do we work? We are able to take your design, photos or ideas and make them a reality. With our comprehensive knowledge in engineering, product manufacture and design we are able to get ideas off the drawing board. We start by taking a brief, a drawing or a design then construct it on one of our many design software packages. We are even able to produce 3D drawings that allow the client to visualise there design before we proceed with the physical manufacture. What materials do we use? We are able to work with a multitude of materials and have a vast array on display at our showroom. Knowing what material works for you is essential. Cost, appearance, weight and mechanical properties all have a part to play in the design process. Examples of some of the materials we work with Laminates, Wood, MDF, OSB, Composites, Plastics, Foams, Aluminium, Fabric, leather, and more. How much will it cost? We have an open structured pricing system that is all based on time. Design time, machine time, fabrication time and finally materials are all at set rates so there are no hidden costs. Who are we? R Concepts was formed as a partnership between two likeminded individuals. We have a long history of invention, creativity and engineering knowledge. With a flare and an interest for practical design and ingenuity, both parties bring invaluable assets to create R Concepts. Where are we? Located in the South London area conveniently based at Shepperton Studios, Shepperton. We are only 1 mile from the M25, the M3 and the A316.
