Active in the building industry since 1965, Randy Mayer established his custom home building firm in 1980. Since that time the firm has not built the same home twice, therefore there are no established floor plans, elevations, or list of standard features. Each home begins as a culmination of ideas on a blank page, is built once, then its working drawings retired. Through a team design-build approach Randy Mayer, with the assistance of specially selected architects and designers, develops one of a kind custom homes, which reflect the tastes, desires, and requirements of each client.Randy Mayer has achieved wide acclaim as a premier custom home builder in the St. Louis area with homes featured in local publications such as Ladue News and Folio as well as in national magazines, including Professional Builder Magazine and Estates Internationale Magazine. In acknowledgment of his attention to detail and insistence on the highest quality craftsmanship, he has received numerous Homer Awards from the Home Builders Association of which he's is a long time member and Obelisk Awards from the Certified Builders Guild of which he is a founding member and past President.
