Rachel Falbo Counseling provides counseling as support and guidance through a difficult time, so that clients can find joy in their lives again. She believes that clients are the expert of their own lives, and her goal is to make counseling as comfortable and collaborative as possible. Problems do not have to become a permanent staple in one's life. Through counseling, Rachel believes clients can find their happiness again.Before opening up her own private practice, Rachel worked at Cliffside Malibu Rehab, inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse facilities at Texas Health Resources, Southern Methodist University's Family Counseling Center, and Dallas County MHMR. She has also worked in London England with children with various intellectual disabilities through ParayHouse School. Rachel works with children, adults, couples and families. Rachel specializes in work with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, self-esteem, addiction, anger management, self-harm, and chronic illnesses.Rachel holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Pepperdine University, a Masters in Counseling from Southern Methodist University and doctorate in Family Therapy from Texas Women's University. Additionally, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor.
