Launched in June 2019, Racing Pride champions LGBTQ+ inclusion through motorsport and the associated automotive industry. It brings together Ambassadors in a range of motorsport roles from drivers to technical roles and officials to be visible role models on-track and off-track for the LGBTQ+ community within and beyond motorsport. Racing Pride partners with motorsport organisations, teams and series, and has built a network of partners in Europe and North America ranging from grass roots and student motorsport to Formula One. Racing Pride relies on the support of companies and organisations both within and beyond motorsport, which believe in our mission, to partner with us and support us in our work. Away from the track, we are able to provide workshops, resources, and advice on how to create an LGBTQ+ friendly culture within your team, organisation, or company and guidance on best practice for media communications.
