Radical Life Core Community Details
We are a community of people working to minimize the number of at-risk children going into state run systems (foster care / juveniles justice). We do this by wrapping around families with mentors who support them all and actively working to reduce poverty. Partnering with Youth Core Ministries, our mission is to stabilize homes and reduce toxic stress so all family members thrive. Logistically, we meet once a week as a group and once a week individually. During these times, we work to build preventative structures that allow families to feel safe and stable. In actuality, we build a community of unconditional love that walks through the messes and successes with each family; at their pace and along the route they choose. Our families have voice and choice in deciding how to address issues in their home and the resources needed to rectify them.
