About Radon Aware Group Radon Aware Group is committed to creating a healthy environment for both the home and the workplace. Based in Ireland, we have our own laboratory and operate to EPA standards. In addition to radon testing, we also carry out radon remediation projects.In conjunction with Dublin Institute of Technology and Enterprise Ireland, Radon Aware Group has developed a test during construction stage which identifies leakage in the radon barrier. The benefits of carrying out this test allows the Contractor/Developer to have visibility of works being carried out by the builder/barrier installer, which in turn demonstrates the standard of workmanship being carried out during any project, be it good or bad. Our barrier test also allows for the builder/barrier installer to rectify any problems prior to any concrete being poured. Leakage in a radon barrier is the main cause of high radon levels in new builds. Our company also offer a consultation service including reporting and radon equipment.We currently have two offices, one in Co. Clare, the other in Co. Meath, Ireland. We offer our services and equipment throughout Ireland and abroad.
