I am a speaker, author and mentor on building BUSINESS EXCELLENCE. Topics include culture, ethics and trust, inspiration, diversity, business development and seeking growth potential.After unique global research in over 25 countries on culture in the organization, I now speak as a culture futurist looking at the future of culture and future of work. With over 30 years as a serial entrepreneur, I work with businesses to create excellence by delivering a series of dynamic talks on building businesses by thinking outside the box. I have been presenting for many years on business, culture, finance, investing, diversity and ethics. The learning is best practice combined with practical experience to achieve business excellence. Participants have found inspiration in the simple and practical approaches to running, growing and succeeding in business. I have a diverse work history, which makes me perfect to advise businesses on growing and achieving excellence as I have experienced the rollercoaster myself. From being 6000ft underground, to starting an education business (that grew to have 4000 plus students) to spending years working in venture capital, I have has seen it all. Iv'e listed companies on international stock exchanges, and my financial services group has settled more than $3bn in loans in 17 years. My focus is on taking businesses and making them larger and more successful by enabling the managers and leaders to look at their businesses through different lenses and wearing different hats. Rael Bricker holds two Masters degrees, an MBA and MSc (engineering) and is currently a Fellow of the MFAA.
