Rail//Line Coffee is a social enterprise under a local parent non-profit that uses business to empower leaders in low-income communities through the gospel. We provide a Job and Leadership Development program for the holistic flourishing of underserved youth and adults and stimulate economic development in our neighborhood. Our employees participate in weekly paid skills development that has been individually adapted to their needs and goals and work multiple shifts throughout the week in the shop. We are unapologetically idealistic in our partnering with Christ to work through us in the lives of those we love and serve.
