Its founder, Sebastian Arrechedera, has been considered one of the 20 Latin American creatives of the decade by Adlatina magazine. In 2007 Sebastian co-founded a pioneer branded content agency which became the largest independent ad agency in Mexico and was acquired in 2016 by the Japanese holding Dentsu. Sebastian has won more than 60 prizes in advertising festivals worldwide. He was a juror at Clio and, two times, juror at Cannes Lions. President of the Jury at the Iberoamerican Festival El Sol in Spain and President of Mexico's Creative Circle.
