Gary Rossetto is the sole proprietor of Raine & Horne Penrith. Gary has lived in the area since the age of 7. Gary started in real estate in 1979, and began his first business in 1981. In 1987 he became proprietor of Raine and Horne Penrith and over the next few years consistently ranked in the top 10 in the network, & been awarded the #1 office on a number of occasions.The business has grown to the extent that we specialize in all facets of real estate including a dynamic Acreage division, & area managers blanketing all areas of the Nepean District. These areas include, Werrington, St Clair, Cambridge Park, Cranebrook, South Penrith, Glenmore Park, Kingswood, just to name a few!In addition we specialise in Development, Investment Properties & Property Management and the acreage market.Being all under 1 roof', means that all facets of real estate can be effectively co-ordinated in a team environment on a day-to-day basis. In 2007 Gary moved back to the Blue Mountains and in 2011 was granted an additional franchise of Raine & Horne Mid Mountains. This has enabled us to further specialise in the sale of properties in the Blue Mountains as well as our success in the Penrith district.In 2012, we relocated to 1/282 High Street Penrith. Our premises offer modern facilities, large reception, huge window display and 2 x 102cm tv monitor displays. We are the only local agency that now offers specialist attention in all areas of real estate, something that Gary Rossetto is so very proud of.As a sole agent, we advertise weekly in the popular Western Weekender.
