The owner since it's inception in 1999 is John K Francis a licensed real estate broker by the State of California. Mr. Francis has been licensed as a real estate broker in California since 1973 and prior to creating his own company was a net branch manager for a large mortgage company Olympic Funding, and prior to that broker of record and project manager for Finet Holdings a mortgage brokerage.Nicole Francis is the daughter- in- law and business partner of John and has been with Raintree Financial since 2001. She has been a licensed agent since January 2002 working with clients in mortgage planning. She has been the primary lender in Kirkwood, CA for several years and is very active in the Lake Tahoe area. Recently co- authored an E-Book on loan modifications which is published on the internet. She is also the owner of a construction company, but is focusing 100% of her time on the mortgage lending business. Raintree Financial works with self-employed and employed individuals to purchase loans as well as refinances for all residential property including fractional ownership as well as condo-hotels and government loans. Raintree Financial also specializes in construction lending as well as some commercial business and can also do stated income loans. The company proudly has never had a complaint or lawsuit filed and has never had to return a rebate due to short seasoning of any loans it has placed.
