By artisanal, we mean our dough is hand-rolled and our ingredients hand-picked from the best markets. By 'gourmet' we mean heirloom tomatoes, thyme-flavoured mushrooms and lots more!We're putting 'Italy' back into the pizza, one ingredient at a time!Mandala:We deliver organic meals directly from the farm to the folk in our ecological bowls.
