Rajasthani Kutumb of Victoria (RAJKOV) was formed in 2001 in Melbourne. The main focus was to celebrate Rajasthani Festivals, Teej and Gangaur specifically, in Australia in traditional Rajasthani manner.The Kutumb was incorporated in 2003.Main objectives of RAJKOV:1. RAJKOV aims to sustain and promote Rajasthani Culture (Including Rajasthani Languages, Literature, Art & Craft, Rajasthani Food, Heritage, Festivals, Dresses) and social interests.2. RAJKOV aims to bring together the people of Rajasthani origin and to organise functions to celebrate festivals of Rajasthan specially Gangaur and Teej.3. RAJKOV aims to maintain and develop relationship with other organisations in Australia or overseas that have similar interests, to achieve the objectives mentioned in point no 3(1) and 3(2) above.4. RAJKOV aims to acquire property of its own to host its functions and for its office purpose.
