RAKKAN Ramen started when owner and CEO Ryohei Ito opened a small, four-seater ramen bar in Tokyo in 2011. Six years later in 2017, Ito brought his passions for quality, authentic Japanese ramen to the United States with the first overseas location in Los Angeles, CA. Today, RAKKAN operates eight locations in the US and seven in Japan with many more in development.RAKKAN Ramen features a 100% plant-based broth, making for a healthy and tasty dining experience that is packed with dashi and flavor. RAKKAN Ramen's menu features a diverse range of items including authentic appetizers, sushi and rice bowls. The menu also includes a variety of vegan options, as well as vegetable and gluten-free noodles.
