HISTORY:-In the late 1950's the firm of Brown, Brewer & Gregory, Architects, established an office in the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney building at 139 Auburn Street. This firm also had offices in Dubbo and Orange. At the completion of the Goulburn Teachers College in 1972 the firm relocated to Sydney and closed its country offices. From 1972 until 1982, Goulburn, a City of 25,000, did not have a resident Architect. In 1982 Garry Dutaillis & Associates Pty Ltd relocated to Goulburn to provide the people and businesses of Goulburn with the services of a resident Architect. In January 2006 the name of the Business changed to Dutaillis Architects Pty Limited. In April 2017, the name of the Business then changed to Randall Dutaillis Architects. PHILOSOPHY:-Goulburn is a country town that has a rich history of proud buildings, but these buildings were usually completed by temporary residents to this area.The aim of Randall Dutaillis Architects Pty Limited is to provide appropriate design and building advice services to the local area in a manner which suits individual projects and budgets, and deals responsibly with the existing built and natural environment.Randall Dutaillis Architects Pty Limited has a clear understanding of the local community and the constraints in which it operates.
