Range Light is a middle market private investment firm started in 2012 by operating executives and a private equity veteran looking to create a new path.We take a unique approach to investing that provides business owners with more value than a traditional financial partner. • We invest our own capital to align ourselves completely as equity partners. We can provide additional capital to support growth or improve infrastructure down the road.• We are patient investors. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships, not quick exits. We work with management to build successful, sustainable companies that we can all be proud of.• We enjoy collaboration and understand the value it can create. We are former business owners and operators with a wealth of experience and an expansive network of contacts.• We take a conservative approach to leverage. A capital structure should not place an excessive burden on any company.Fit is really important to us. It drives our decision-making process.
