Rangshila was founded in the year 2008, by Mr. Avneesh Mishra with the vision of ‘Taking Theatre beyond the Stage'.As a part of this initiative, Rangshila has been collaborating with Corporates to inculcate theatre based learning and training as a medium to transform their business leaders into outstanding communicators, innovators, decision makers, change agents & critical thinkers.Rangshila is committed to implementing classic and modern Theatre-based training techniques tailor-made to facilitate corporate learning and human resource development.With experience of over 20 years in this profession, the faculty has created synergies between theatre as a learning tool and professional expectations.We have used theatre and drama as a medium to resolve organisational challenges such as internal strife, employee dissatisfaction and attrition.Our Methodology:We play catalyst through two key Communication Platforms: Skits (Role Plays) & Training Workshops. We build a conducive atmosphere through the Workshop or Skit that invokes acting / reacting while developing individual traits like confidence, enhanced awareness, effective communication and emotional intelligence.We employ improvisation based interactive exercises to create a comfortable environment to address corporate needs such as:- Change & Conflict Management- Leadership Skills Development- Presentation Skills- Organizational Cultural Aspects - Emotional IntelligenceWhy Theatre as a Medium of Learning & Development:Life, like Theatre, has No Retakes.
