Rankdone is a collaborative marketplace of tests used by hiring managers and HR professionals to evaluate and rank candidates' abilities for a job opening. Its not a recruitment platform but a selection one. Can be used for any job opening (IT, Marketing, Statistics, Sales, Finances, Health care, etc). In the marketplace, authors can sell, and hiring managers can buy evaluation question sets. As with other sharing economy, recruiter can share tests around the world reducing dramatically the prices and authors can gain 70% of revenue while 30% stays with Rankdone. Our focus is on job openings that receive more than 50 candidates. While some areas (like IT) suffer a talent shortage most job openings receive dozens or hundreds of candidates and Rankdone empowers hiring managers in this scenario.
