Rashid Al Owais Engineering Consultants was established in the year 1985 by Late / Engineer Rashid Omran Salim Al Owais (1956-2004)Since its inception, Rahsid Al Owais Engineering Consultants (RAEC) has been dedicated to quality, credibility and efficiency in the engineering practice in the UAE.In RAEC we offer unparalleled and fully detailed architectural, Structural and electro-mechanical designs to all our projects. We provide detailed design solutions along with preparation of technical specifications, bills of quantities and feasibility studies. RAEC, over the years, has become one of the leading firms in the engineering practice, having successfully deigned & supervised varied range of projects, from private/investment villas to industrial projects, student hostels, showrooms, mosques, government buildings, tourists resorts and a wide range of commercial/residential towers and high rise buildings in the United Arab Emirates ((Sharjah, Dubai, Umm Al Quwain)) which have exceeded five hundred projects as of today. In view of the fast growing construction market, RAEC plans to expand by opening branches in the other countries in the Middle East region.The management office has made it their concern to keep up with the latest global developments in the field of engineering, by implementing several projects in partnership with the global engineering offices and present them infront of the official agencies in the UAE.
