Our litigation and negotiation experience includes complex litigation involving breaches of the Crown's fiduciary duty, judicial reviews of statutory decisions in the resource development context, Treaty rights defences to hunting and fishing charges, residential schools litigation, land claims litigation and negotiation, negotiations of claims filed under Canada's Specific Claims policy and negotiation of consultation agreements with government and industry.
