RAYS ENSERV, a Partnership Firm Established in 2014 is developing Advanced Supercritical Thermal Treatment Technology wherein the process would consume non-recyclable end of the life mixed waste plastics and convert the same into Synthetic Oil and Syngas. The innovative technology would convert large molecular weight polymer hydrocarbon chains (thermoplastics) into small molecular weight molecules (less than C20 molecules) under an oxygen free environment. Synthetic Oil as product will be used as liquid fuel replacing Diesel in non-transport sector for Industrial burning. Syngas can be used as fuel gas for industrial useTechnology demonstration cum commercial scale plant with 2 X 10 TPD capacity will be ready for trial runs by 2nd quarter 2017
