Jonathan Raz and Shai Ordan have opened their law firm in 2014 in order to return to the fundamental essence of being lawyers, and provide personal, efficient hands-on service to their clients. They have known each other for almost 20 years, and have both have worked for leading Israeli law firms, representing various clients, including traditional business, venture capital funds, incubators, startups and high-tech companies in all stages, and involved involved in investments and M&A deals from both buy-side and sell-side. They have strong technological backgrounds which they often use in complicated licensing transactions and due-diligence reviews, and they are strongly connected to the Israeli high-tech community.
