RBS&K Home & Building Inspections, Inc., a multi-inspector company, was founded in 1992 and has completed over 14,000 inspections in the front range area. All of our experienced inspectors are ASHI Certified members or ASHI candidates, and take yearly education classes to maintain their ASHI Membership. Our inspectors been educationally trained through Inspection Training Associates (ITA) or the ASHI Inspection School. Referring RBS&K is safe as Realtors and lending institutions are protected with our comprehensive E&O (Errors and Omission Insurance). Robert Knepsheild owner of RBS&K Home & Building Inspectors Inc. has been an instructor in the Denver area for 12 years for Inspection Training Associates (ITA), Kaplan Professional Schools and the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). We constantly strive to provide quality service and convenience for everyone involved in the home buying process. Our average inspection time is approximately 2-3 hours, and our computer generated reports are e-mailed at the end of the inspection. We prefer to have our clients attend the inspection, as an on-site consultation helps avoid potential misunderstandings. However, if the home buyer is unable to attend the inspection, the report is available online 24/7.
