RDG is a company founded in September 1993 from the union of professionals operating in the fields of information technology and wages and contributions. Initially, the company developed two business branches: that of IT consultancy and that of payroll and contribution processing, reaching in May 2003 to count, among employees and collaborators, about 15 people and an annual turnover of about € 1 million. From 2003 to today RDG, thanks to the maturity and solidity of its structure, has invested in new markets and in particular in Training (RDG is a training institution accredited to the LOMBARDY REGION and linked to the FORMAZIENDA fund), the Legislative Decree 81/08 ( workplace safety) and active employment policies.
