RDS-DEVCO had its predecessor- LandVest Development, Inc. Under the banner of LDI, Jeff and Pam Tallman provided management services for real estate assets and entitlement management for unimproved land since 1997. Founded by Jeff & Pam Tallman in July of 1997, their commitment to excellence and passion for maintaining the firmest of ethics has earned the respect of investors, owners and partners as well as the cities and municipalities. RDS-DEVCO provides a unique opportunity to bring intellectual excellence, proven relationships and seasoned hard-results experience from over 20 years of development experience at many levels. That experience has been hard-fought and covers all sectors of the real estate industry. Our Long-Term objective is focused on senior assisted llving and memory care. Our current projects include a senior assisted / memory care project in San Francisco and a very unique care facility in San Diego County.
