Re-Create was established by Guy Ratcliffe in January 2017. It was established through his own journey and the realisation of the need to Re-Create and challenge his own values and beliefs, and draw on his experience to enable others to become empowered and achieve their goals.Apprentice trained with Jaguar Cars, educated with Bachelors & Masters Degrees in Engineering, studied at the Cranfield School of Management, Guy has 17 years of engineering experience in the Automotive sector and 11 years senior management experience in the Aerospace sector with full responsibility for profit & loss. As an accredited Executive Coach, Guy now draws upon his wealth of experience from various Leadership roles managing both small and large businesses, to provide valuable hands on support to both individuals and businesses.Re-Create believes that you have the ability to unlock your true potential by approaching every moment of every day with an open mind and being alive to new experiences. As busy people in todays fast paced world our decisions and behaviours are guided by beliefs and values that have either been with us from an early age or have been created through organisational bonds in the places that we work. Therefore, seeing new possibilities or being open to change is often difficult to achieve alone, especially when presented with ideas that challenge those engrained values, beliefs and thought processes.Guys background and experience in Operations would suggest that I am aligned to Senior Management operating in the Aerospace & Automotive sectors. However coaching and the Re-Create model places its focus upon YOU regardless of industry, job role or position in the organisation. My own personal objective is to provide you with the opportunities to Re-Create and become empowered.
