Reading is Amazing! is a reading enrichment and reading intervention tutoring service for students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 6. I offer students individualized reading/literacy lessons based on the student's instructional needs and interests. I support children within my Brookline Village home, in the student's home or in the public library. Through my 30 plus year providing direct service to children I am confident in my ability to offer a positive learning environment that scaffolds instruction to enable the student's to reach their potential. I always include immediate feedback to the parents/families after each lesson and often provide resources or ideas for enhancing instruction at home. I am an avid reader and have always loved to read. My goal is to share that love with the students I support and help all the children I teach appreciate the written word, whether it is a book the child has read or has written.
