Real-Time Evaluation Co., Ltd is a professional full service market and social research and the first company in Cambodia to use tablet and mobile devices for data collection and quality control. With over a decade of experience with many varied types of research projects, we see that the biggest challenges during data collection are quality and accuracy. Most fieldwork is conducted manually, wasting time for double checks on questionnaires, which keeps the respondent waiting. This also reduces interviewer productivity, as they spend time to update daily contact sheets and mapping, and on quality control, which all means inefficient use of the resources and time. Real-Time Evaluation has spent much time to study about these issues and worked with experienced field staff to transfer their skills from manual processes to using technology to collect data in the field which ensures data quality, accuracy, speed, efficiency and brings a cost-effective solution to fieldwork. We design all our databases using CSPro. This data entry and analysis software was developed by United States Census Bureau and is specially built for large and complex research projects. We have in house experts with over a decade of experiences in fieldwork operation management, data collection, and database (CAPI and TAPI) design and entry.
