We believe in closing the gap between the needs of disadvantaged communities and the absence of these community members in the rapidly growing tourism industry. We will operate hospitality training centers through teaching hotels in developing countries to provide education, training, and employment to at risk youth. Profits from the teaching hotel will be used to provide microloans for locally owned tourism businesses and scholarships for degrees in tourism and hospitality. The training centers will support the community by offering English language courses and job placement assistance in the tourism industry.
