Realacre is a Lancashire-based property development company which to date has built over 200 properties throughout Bury, Walshaw, Ramsbottom, Greenmount, Astley, Radcliffe, Brandlesholme, Ribble Valley, Heywood, Rochdale and Worsley areas. We specialize in building single family homes and small intimate developments and we are continually seeking new development opportunities. The company is led by Tom, Clifton and Malcolm who have been friends and business partners for over 20 years. Tom and Clifton are both qualified Chartered Surveyors and between them have over 70 years' experience building and designing homes. Malcolm has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 1982 and with this background acts as the financial controller for the company. The newest recruit to Realacre is Victoria who recently graduated with a 1st Class Honours in Business Management and Geography. Victoria is on board to enhance the media presence of Realacre and is responsible for the sales and marketing of properties.
