RealArt, Inc. offers and extensive collection of original art for rent or sale by emerging artists. RealArt, Inc provides a framework and infrastructure for making original art available for rent and sale, targeting primarily the real estate market and home staging industry. RealArt, Inc. was founded in 2009 by Agueda Sanchez, an information professional with over 20 years experience developing strategies, new products, systems, and information solutions for Fortune 50 companies, and by Daniela Dombrowski, a realtor with a MA in Art History. Their commitment to the art community, combined with their professional affiliations, gave birth to the idea of making artwork accessible and affordable primarily to people in the real estate industry and in general to anyone who wants to enjoy original art. RealArt, Inc. has formed a partnership with local art specialist Oasis Gallery, to create the RealArt Oasis Group (RAOG). With its unique service and collection, RAOG creates an extension of the gallery space in homes and properties for sale: real estate professionals benefit from a dynamic collection of art, and in turn, support a creative community that provides a powerful benefit. Oasis manages the relationship with the artists, provides the business location for the joint venture, and handles daily operations. RealArt, Inc. manages IT, web development, billing, accounting as well as marketing and promotions.
